As a Customer Experience (CX) Training Leader, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and gaps in customer experience knowledge and skills. Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:


  • Effective day-to-day management of technical training requirements and scheduling through ensuring a strong MOS structure is in place, meeting and exceeding regional KPI metrics for customer satisfaction and ensuring instructor training delivery remains best in class
  • Ownership of annual Region Training revenue plan, including revenue forecasting, corrective actions and process improvement to continually drive revenue opportunities
  • Liaise with GBE Sales and Offering team to ensure effective class scheduling of trainers to ensure current and new product training needs are identified and met.
  • Identify learning development paths for students attending classes, encourages up take of further Honeywell training through awareness of Learning & Enablement offerings across Honeywell Building Automation
  • Participate and contribute to team meetings and other company meetings across the Honeywell organization
  • Ensuring the achievement of all individual and team targets and KPI’s.
  • As required, support team with internal and external training
  • Travel across META region for external training

Qualifications:

YOU MUST HAVE:


  • Degree in Electrical/ Electronic / or Communication Engineering
  • 5-10 years of experience in the Building Automation industry, mainly BMS areas in a technical role
  • Min 2 years of technical training Experience
  • META regional Experience in Major markets such as UAE or Saudi is a plus
