Job Summary: As a Technical Recruitment Associate, you will support full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including software engineering, data, IT, cybersecurity, DevOps, ERP, and more.
You will learn how to source top technical talent, conduct screenings, manage pipelines, and support hiring managers — all while developing strong market knowledge and recruitment expertise.
We are looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, fluent in English, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Work Setup: Location: The Portal, SODIC West, El Sheikh Zayed Work Model: Hybrid – 4 days in the office, 1 day remote Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (including a 1-hour break) Days Off: Fridays and Saturdays Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (ideally with a concentration in HR), Human Resources Management or a related field.
6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience (preferred) Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Fluent in English (written and spoken) Familiarity with sourcing channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, and social media.
Basic understanding of full-cycle recruiting and interview coordination.
Highly tech-savvy — comfortable with Microsoft 365 and tools such as Slack, Zoom, Teams, Trello, etc.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Fast learner with strong problem-solving ability Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a hybrid setup Proficient in Microsoft Office Interest in technology and technical roles
