Required Qualifications: Software engineering background (such as former Software Engineer, Tech Lead, or System Analyst) with a strong understanding of code development, API integration, and sprint dynamics 2+ years of hands-on experience in software development (mobile, web, or backend) Experience translating business requirements into actionable work items for software engineering teams Experience managing client relationships in a delivery or implementation context Experience leading discovery phases to define project scope, system architecture, and technical risks Experience leading the full software development lifecycle from requirements through delivery Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and API structures (REST/GraphQL) Agile project delivery experience, including running Scrum or Kanban ceremonies and maintaining a high-performance cadence Fluent (C1) English proficiency for US client communication Ability to work during 8:00am–5:00pm Eastern Time (ET) Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Flutter/Dart Familiarity with AI/LLM integration workflows (such as LLMs, MCP)
