Company: Delta Construction Location: Sheikh Zayed City Employment Type: Full Time Job Description: Delta Construction is seeking a Technical Office Engineer to join our team in Sheikh Zayed.
The candidate will be responsible for all technical office activities related to civil works, ensuring compliance with project requirements and specifications.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare, review, and submit civil shop drawings.
Review structural and civil drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications and codes.
Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost breakdowns for civil works.
Prepare and follow up on RFIs, method statements, and technical submittals.
Coordinate with consultants regarding drawings, materials, and approvals.
Prepare as-built drawings and technical reports.
Provide technical support to site engineers and follow up on site requirements.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
2–4 years of experience in a Technical Office role.
Strong experience in civil shop drawings and quantity surveying.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Strong communication and time management skills.
