Job description

  • Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review technical drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve design issues and ensure project alignment.
  • Manage project schedules and budgets, providing regular updates to the project manager.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including reports and presentations.
  • Evaluate and recommend materials and equipment for projects based on performance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Support the procurement process by preparing technical specifications for bids.
  • Provide technical support to construction teams during the execution phase.
  • Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.

Skills

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project management principles.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and quality assurance processes.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Experience in cost estimation and budgeting.
