About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in the implementation of a modern, feature-rich website.
The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and project management, ensuring the seamless delivery of a solution that integrates CMS components, a frontend built with NextJS and ReactJS, and backend services developed in NodeJS.
Key Responsibilities: Translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications.
Develop comprehensive technical requirement documents, including functional and non-functional requirements.
Identify and document necessary APIs for integration with third-party systems.
Define data exchange protocols, endpoints, and security requirements.
Analyse the feasibility of proposed features and functionalities within the technical framework.
Recommend alternative solutions where necessary to balance technical constraints with business needs.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team to ensure clarity of requirements.
Ensure that technical implementations align with documented specifications during development and testing phases.
Track and document any changes to technical requirements during the sprint process Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or a similar role.
Experience in website development projects involving CMS, frontend, and backend integration.
Experience writing user stories, use cases, and workflows.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Proficient in requirement gathering, process mapping, and creating functional specifications.
Ability to analyse complex systems and break them into manageable components.
Strong understanding of frontend technologies, including NextJS and ReactJS.
Familiarity with backend technologies, especially NodeJS and RESTful APIs.
Knowledge of web standards, responsive design, and SEO best practices.
