Drive recruitment for white-collar positions, including e-commerce and commercial roles, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for frequently hired roles.
Coordinate job fairs, walk-in interviews, and community hiring events.
Utilize Competency-Based Interviewing (CBI) methods and structured assessments to evaluate candidates.
Work closely business heads to understand hiring needs and prioritize requisitions.
Provide regular updates and feedback on recruitment progress to business stakeholders.

Knowledge of labor market trends and local white-collar hiring channels.
Familiarity with CBI techniques and discussion group activity management .
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
