Eligibility criteria
Bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled) in Computer Science or related field
Graduation year: 2025 and 2026
GPA Requirement: 3.5 or above
Fluent in ENGLISH
Participation in extracurricular activities is a must
Previous internships is a plus
Basic understanding of backend development and cloud systems
Eagerness to learn distributed systems and testing best practices
Strong communication and feedback-oriented mindset
What You’ll Be Doing
Work on real technical challenges across distributed backend systems
Learn by pairing with engineers and practicing XP principles
Contribute to backend development using .NET, Golang, or C#
Build reliable, scalable, and maintainable services
Preferred Skills
Experience with relational/non-relational databases
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices, and automated testing
Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
