Tagaddod is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sustainability Compliance & Audit Specialist to Ensure Tagaddod's operations across all jurisdictions remain fully compliant with Standards Certification ISOs, ISCC-EU and ISCC CORSIA requirements.


The role owns documentation controls, site monitoring, mass balance integrity, and audit readiness.


  • Apply mandatory dual-review of all documentation templates for local regulatory and ISCC compliance before deployment.
  • Prepare and submit sustainability declarations, self-declarations, and mass balance reports
  • Maintain audit-ready evidence packages for all sites (collection slips, bills of lading, service agreements, sales documentation).
  • Cross-reference collection slips against weights and vehicle logs daily/weekly; escalate discrepancies immediately.
  • Conduct monthly mass balance reconciliations across all sites and submit for Sustainability Manager approval.
  • Support forensic audit methodology including unannounced site inspections and document forensic review.
  • Maintain the internal audit log — tracking non-conformities (NCs), corrective action owners, and closure deadlines.
  • Track and close corrective actions within defined timescales.
  • Harmonize compliance procedures and templates across teams
  • Deliver mandatory training for all site personnel on mass balance, sustainability declarations, and documentation.
  • Support responses to due diligence and risk assessment queries from commercial counterparties.
