Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field - 4+ years of experience in interior design with a diverse project portfolio - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering tools, and other design software - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and client management abilities - Solid knowledge of design principles, materials, and construction methods
