ROLE OVERVIEW
The Business Analyst will serve as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring that the IRMS Suite is configured to meet client-specific requirements. You will lead discovery sessions, document business needs, and translate them into system configurations, supporting smooth implementations and client adoption.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with clients to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Configure the IRMS Suite to support medical information workflows and compliance standards.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with product and implementation teams.
- Support validation, testing, and deployment activities to ensure successful rollouts.

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in SaaS, enterprise software, or life sciences technology.
- An AI-first and curious mindset — actively looking for ways to improve business and internal workflows with AI and automation.
- Demonstrated ability to elicit and translate business requirements into effective system configurations.
- Hands-on experience configuring enterprise systems or SaaS applications.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills, including the ability to lead discovery sessions.
- Proficiency with MS Office, documentation tools, and AI-assisted productivity platforms (e.g., Claude, Copilot, or similar).
- Comfort working with AI tools to augment analysis, automate repetitive tasks, and accelerate decision-making.
- Analytical mindset, detail orientation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
- Background in pharma/biotech solutions preferred (Medical Affairs, Medical Information, or related systems strongly preferred).
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance workflows (medical inquiries, adverse event reporting, etc.) preferred but not required.
