  • Install, configure, and maintain SQL Server database environments.
  • Monitor and optimize database performance, including query tuning and troubleshooting performance bottlenecks.
  • Plan, implement, and validate database backup and recovery strategies (including HA and Always On).
  • Ensure high availability, security, and integrity of databases.
  • Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to design efficient database structures, schemas, and SQL queries.
  • Diagnose and resolve database-related issues such as configuration errors, connectivity problems, and data inconsistencies.

Requirements
  • +2 years of proven experience as a Database Administrator (SQL Server).
  • Solid knowledge of database architecture, performance tuning, and high availability concepts.
  • Experience with database backup/recovery strategies.
  • Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL programming.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
