A Bachelor in Computer Science or Software Engineering · ISTQB certified · A minimum of 5 years of experience in Software Testing · A minimum of 5 years of experience in professional training · Knowledge of inclusive employment practices and workplace accommodations.
· Prior experience as an instructor, trainer, mentor, or teaching assistant · Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and patiently · Comfortable teaching beginners with little or no data background · Strong written and verbal communication skills · Experience delivering long-running or cohort-based programs · Industry experience translating theory into practice
