Mission Purpose

Developing, customizing, and supporting ServiceNow applications to deliver technical solutions aligned with business and operational requirements.



Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement ServiceNow applications and workflows
  • Develop and maintain outbound and inbound integrations (REST / SOAP APIs)
  • Customize and configure:
    • Business Rules
    • Client Scripts
    • Script Includes
    • UI Actions
  • Ensure solutions comply with zone‑specific and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Support, troubleshoot, and enhance existing ServiceNow implementations
  • Maintain proper technical documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience
  • Strong experience with ServiceNow scripting
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices
  • Ability to gather requirements and convert them into technical designs
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
Technical Skills (Must Have)
  • ServiceNow Platform Development
  • JavaScript
  • Web technologies: HTML, CSS, XML, JSON
  • ServiceNow integrations using REST / SOAP APIs
  • Databases: SQL
  • One backend language (e.g. Python, Java, C#)
Soft Skills (Must Have)
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Team collaboration

Certifications (Preferred)
