Mission Purpose
Developing, customizing, and supporting ServiceNow applications to deliver technical solutions aligned with business and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement ServiceNow applications and workflows
- Develop and maintain outbound and inbound integrations (REST / SOAP APIs)
- Customize and configure:
- Business Rules
- Client Scripts
- Script Includes
- UI Actions
- Ensure solutions comply with zone‑specific and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Support, troubleshoot, and enhance existing ServiceNow implementations
- Maintain proper technical documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2–4 years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience
- Strong experience with ServiceNow scripting
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices
- Ability to gather requirements and convert them into technical designs
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
Technical Skills (Must Have)
- ServiceNow Platform Development
- JavaScript
- Web technologies: HTML, CSS, XML, JSON
- ServiceNow integrations using REST / SOAP APIs
- Databases: SQL
- One backend language (e.g. Python, Java, C#)
