🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Scrum Master Innovitics is looking for a highly driven and technically strong Senior Scrum Master to lead delivery execution across our engineering teams.
This role goes beyond traditional Scrum facilitation — we are looking for someone who takes full ownership of delivery, ensures strong execution discipline, proactively manages risks, and provides leadership with full visibility across projects, KPIs, and team performance.
The ideal candidate combines Agile leadership with a solid software engineering background, enabling them to engage deeply with technical teams, challenge estimates, identify risks early, and drive high-quality delivery in fast-paced environments.
