Senior Real Estate Development Manager

1. Development of real estate projects. This includes the preparation of technical & economic feasibility studies (greenfield/brownfield), leading land purchases or lease negotiations, the development and definition of a project scope, as well as the preparation of board submissions in cooperation with internal and external project partners.
2. Independent leadership of national & international construction projects across all project phases, using appropriate project management methods acting as the responsible project manager and owner's representative.
3. Control, continuously optimize and ensure project objectives (budget, timelines, qualities) while ensuring the implementation of user requirements.
4. Support of the introduction of digital innovations in real estate project management
5. Performing technical due diligence as part of real estate transactions
6. Sharing responsibility for technical, economic and organizational construction consulting
7. Support in the development of strategies & guidelines within the scope of the function

1. Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Project/Construction Management or related field.
2. Additional certifications in real estate economics, project management or sustainability are a plus.
3. (10–15) years of progressive experience in real estate development across the project life cycle, including concept design, feasibility analysis, financial modeling, and project execution/ project management, along with the hands-on experience with projects in multiple countries or regions, including navigating cultural and regulatory differences.
4. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with investors, municipalities, governmental bodies, and strategic partners.
5. Professional understanding of business protocol, communication standards, and etiquette, ensuring a polished and positive representation of the company at all times.
6. Possess effective high-quality verbal and written/visual reporting, ensuring clarity, precision, and relevance for senior stakeholders, boards, and decision-makers.
7. Fluent in Arabic and English; additional language skills, particularly French or German, are considered an advantage.
