About The Job:

We are looking forSenior Quality Engineer, having 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Engineering. If you are excited about learning new technologies and expand your knowledge base to make a solid foundation for your career, then you will definitely enjoy working with us.

What you will be doing:

• Analyze requirements (business, functional, technical) for new features and enhancements
• Develop high quality test plans, test cases
• Execute test cases & develop traceability matrixes (RTM)
• Documenting and keeping track of test cases
• Test Plan and its Components & Test Strategy Document components
• WebTesting and Database Testing
• Perform Product Test cases design, writing, execution and maintenance for multiple products
• Conduct System, Integration and Regression Testing
• Identify, document (clear steps, data, screenshots, logs), and report defects with severity/priority
• Responsible to mentor and training of New hires
• Responsible for conducting product functionality walkthroughs for stakeholders.
• Experience in preparing Training manuals/User guide

What we are looking for:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science or related departments
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to use English actively in daily work
• Strong in software Testing Concepts, STLC, SDLC and Bug Life Cycle
• Comfortable working independently as an individual contributor, with the ability to provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• 5+ yearsof experience in software quality assurance, with a strong focus onloan origination systems (LOS), orloan management systems
• Proven understanding ofend-to-end loan lifecycle processes– including origination, credit checks, approvals, disbursement, collections, and closure
• Experience testingcore banking systems,loan origination systems (LOS), orloan servicing platforms
• Validate complex business rules and calculations (e.g., DTI, LTV, cash-to-close, fee tolerances)
• Experience using Jira, ALM, Azure DevOps Build is preferable
• Strong skills intest planning, test case design, execution, anddefect management
• Working knowledge ofAPI testing(e.g., Postman, REST-assured) and ability to validate loan workflows across integrated systems
• Hands-on experience withautomation toolssuch as Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks is a strong plus
• Familiarity withcompliance and regulatory requirementsin consumer or commercial lending (e.g., KYC, AML, credit scoring)
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with product managers, developers, and business analysts, business stakeholders
• Ability to work in anAgile/Scrum environment, including active participation in sprint planning and retrospectives
• Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to identifying risks and ensuring product quality
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications testing is preferable
• Position may require project travel to onsite client locations.
