Role Purpose: The Senior QA/QC Engineer professional will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and improving AIS’s Quality Assurance and Quality Control practices across projects, engineering, and operational processes.
The role ensures compliance with AIS’s Quality Management System (QMS), customer requirements, ISO standards, and internal policies—while driving continuous improvement and proactive risk management.
You will work closely with the Quality Manager and cross-functional teams to embed quality excellence across the full project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities: Quality Assurance Maintain quality processes aligned with AIS QMS and ISO 9001 standards.
Maintain EHS processes.
Conduct internal quality audits for departments and projects.
Participate in external audits with certification bodies.
Review and verify engineering documents, technical deliverables, and project quality plans.
Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and customer specifications.
Participate in tender quality reviews and contract requirement analysis.
Participate in the Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) process across all phases—including initiation, feedback collection, analysis, investigation, and follow‑up actions.
Participate in root‑cause investigations for customer complaints and quality deliverables failures and drive effective corrective actions across involved teams.
Participate in preparation of the extra required certificate (ex.
AVETTA, EcoVadis.
.etc) Quality Control Conduct and Lead inspections, verifications, and compliance for AIS deliverables.
Prepare and maintain QC documentation, checklists, and inspection reports.
Identify non-conformities and ensure corrective and preventive actions are completed on time.
Support supplier evaluations and site quality assessments.
Functional Safety & Compliance Support Support functional safety compliance activities (e.
g., IEC 61508/61511) under the Quality & FSM Manager’s supervision.
Ensure documentation and deliverables are properly controlled and validated.
Continuous Improvement Analyze quality performance data and recommend improvement initiatives.
Promote best practices and process optimization across teams.
Support the development of new quality procedures, standards, and governance tools.
Participate in SIX SIGMA and Lean projects.
Stakeholder Collaboration Work collaboratively with Engineering, Projects, Supply Chain, and EHS.
Participate in customer meetings, audits, and follow‑ups.
Ensure alignment and communication of quality expectations across stakeholders Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or related).
7–10 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control in engineering, industrial automation, or technology environments.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, QMS processes, and project quality methodologies.
Good knowledge of EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) principles and compliance requirements.
knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, Kaizen, FMEA).
Experience in inspections, audits, and documentation control.
Knowledge of functional safety (IEC 61508 / 61511) is an advantage.
