Supports the development of new production equipment and processes, providing technical support and training to production teams in coordination with Country and Production Management.
Drives the planning, standardization, and realization of Production Engineering activities, including equipment planning, method of manufacture creation, and general change management.
Ensures the implementation of the production concept and the seamless integration of new processes in the plant, collaborating with the Country-level Production Concept Team.
Supports the definition and implementation of efficient processes and material flows within the Assembly area line setup.
Creates and maintains all manufacturing master data and methods of manufacture—including MRP, BOMs, MES data, FMEA, and up-to-date operator work instructions and visual aids.
Evaluates and manages the implementation of new products and technical changes strictly according to the Change Management process description CP 2.2.2.
Ensures the validation and release of production equipment, including but not limited to new material combinations, tooling, jigs, test tables, and station layouts.
