Job Description: Manage the full payroll cycle for 500+ employees, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing using Excel and HR systems.
Administer payroll additions and deductions, overtime calculations, allowances, and attendance-based payroll inputs.
Maintain accurate payroll records in compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
Develop and maintain payroll templates, trackers, and databases to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reporting capabilities.
Identify opportunities to enhance payroll processes and support system upgrades, testing, and continuous improvements.
Administer employee benefits programs, including medical insurance, social insurance, and other company benefits, ensuring accurate enrollment, updates, and deductions.
Coordinate with HR and external providers to manage benefits lifecycle activities such as onboarding, changes, and terminations.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies related to benefits administration and reporting.
4 to 5 years of experience in Payroll.
Experience in Benefits is preferable.
Bachelor degree in any relevant degree.
