Key Responsibilities Audit Execution Lead assigned audit engagements from planning to completion, including scoping, fieldwork, reporting, and follow-up.
Define audit scope in collaboration with the Audit Manager, based on business understanding and risk assessment.
Apply risk and control concepts to identify control gaps, process weaknesses, and improvement opportunities.
Design audit programs and testing procedures aligned with audit objectives and identified risks.
Obtain, analyze, and document sufficient and appropriate audit evidence to support conclusions.
Develop a thorough understanding of operational and financial processes and document audit work clearly and accurately.
Monitoring & Reporting Prepare high-quality audit reports and presentations, clearly communicating findings, root causes, and recommendations to management.
Team Leadership Supervise and guide junior auditors during engagements to ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
Assign and communicate tasks clearly, ensuring timely delivery of audit objectives.
Organize work in a risk-based and productive manner, both individually and across the engagement team.
Professional Development & Compliance Maintain compliance with internal audit policies, departmental procedures, and professional standards (IIA).
Actively pursue continuous professional development and training aligned with audit career progression.
Qualifications & Experience Education Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certification (CIA or other IIA certifications) is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience Minimum 4 years of audit experience with a Big 4 firm , or Minimum 6 years of internal audit experience in an industry environment .
Skills & Competencies Strong analytical skills with proven ability to identify issues and determine root causes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English .
Arabic communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking) are an advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
