We’re looking for a Senior Growth Analyst, in this role you will be responsible for driving business growth through advanced analytics and optimization of the end-to-end customer funnel to improve conversion rates across all lifecycle stages.
The role focuses on Customer Value Management, advanced segmentation, and experimentation to maximize customer lifetime value, enhance customer engagement and retention, and support sustainable revenue growth.
What you'll do:
Own end-to-end funnel analysis across paid and organic channels, from acquisition through onboarding, activation, and long-term retention.
Support and execute growth strategies to drive acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
Identify and unlock opportunities to increase LTV through cross-sell, upsell, and improved product adoption.
Translate business objectives into scalable, data-driven growth initiatives.
Design and evolve advanced segmentation frameworks across behavioral, lifecycle, and value-based dimensions.
Move beyond traditional RFM models into predictive and intent-based segmentation.
Identify high-value, at-risk, and underutilized customer cohorts to inform targeting and retention strategies.
Analyze customer data to uncover actionable insights that drive engagement and revenue.
Plan, execute, and optimize targeted campaigns across acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation.
Develop personalized communication strategies across push notifications, SMS, email, and in-app messaging.
Identify drop-offs, friction points, and revenue leakage across customer journeys.
Monitor and optimize customer experiences across all touch points.
Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and growth experiments end-to-end.
Measure uplift across key metrics such as activation, retention, engagement, and average transaction value.
Build and maintain automated dashboards and reporting frameworks for growth KPIs.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing teams to define growth opportunities, improve user experience, and optimize lifecycle performance.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:
Previous experience in fintech, startups, or digital products.
Demonstrates strong analytical skills in assessing data, identifying trends, and supporting informed decision-making.
Proficiency in Excel, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is a huge plus
Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and performance analysis.
Strong understanding of growth metrics (LTV, CAC, retention, churn, conversion).
Hands-on experience with CRM and engagement platforms such as MoEngage, WebEngage, Firebase, or similar.
Experience with mobile attribution and analytics platforms such as Adjust or AppsFlyer.
Ability to translate data into actionable insights and business impact.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Creative, hypothesis-driven problem-solving approach.
