You will collaborate with one of Flairstech’s key partners in the Education Technology sector to modernize and enhance our web platforms that empower schools to create safer, more engaging, and supportive environments for student success.

Modernize User Experiences: Redesign and elevate our web portals using Angular to deliver modern, intuitive, and accessible user experiences.
AI-Powered Development: Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, ChatGPT, Claude) to boost productivity, optimize workflows, and enhance application intelligence.
Develop & Enhance Applications: Update existing applications and build new functionalities using .NET, Angular, and modern web technologies.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with backend engineers, UX designers, product managers, and AI specialists to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
Drive Innovation: Research and integrate AI-driven features (e.g., predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and smart data visualization) into our platforms.
Maintain Quality & Performance: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while following best practices and performance optimization strategies.
Enhance and modernize web portals used by students, staff, and administrators.
Migrate legacy desktop applications to cloud-ready web platforms.
Implement front-end architecture using Angular 17+ and TypeScript.
Develop and consume APIs (REST and SOAP) with robust data handling.
Use AI-powered tools to assist in coding, testing, refactoring, and documentation.
Perform thorough code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure system reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Document system designs, integrations, and technical decisions.
C# / .NET Expertise: Extensive experience developing applications with C# and the .NET ecosystem.
Front-End Development (Angular):
Strong experience with Angular (v13+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Knowledge of RxJS, Angular Material, and responsive design patterns.
Experience with state management (e.g., NgRx) is a plus.
Database Management: Solid SQL skills and database design experience (Oracle PL/SQL is a plus).
API Development: Proven experience developing and consuming RESTful and SOAP APIs.
AI-Driven Development:
Familiarity with AI development and automation tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, ChatGPT, Claude).
Understanding of AI integration concepts (predictive models, ML services, or LLM APIs) is a strong plus.
Cloud & DevOps (Nice to Have): Experience with Azure, CI/CD pipelines, or containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes).

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
8+ years of experience in software development with C#/.NET.
5+ years of experience with Angular or similar modern web frameworks.
Experience with AI-enhanced or data-driven applications preferred.
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
Availability to work aligned with Eastern Time (EST).
Experience in EdTech software, student information systems (SIS), or similar domains is a plus.
