Job summary The Senior Financial & Planning Analyst is responsible for providing in-depth financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to support strategic decision-making and drive the company's financial performance. This role will work closely with various departments to develop financial models, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights to senior management.

- Develop and present strategic financial recommendations to senior management, influencing key business decisions and long-term financial planning.
- Oversee the development and implementation of the company's overall budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy, alignment with strategic goals, and timely execution.
- Lead the financial evaluation of significant strategic initiatives, including new product launches, and market expansions, providing critical insights and recommendations.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key business partners across different departments, serving as a trusted financial advisor and providing proactive financial guidance.
- Lead scenario planning and sensitivity analysis (e.g., volume, pricing, FX, inflation, cost structure) to support strategic decision-making under uncertainty.
- Support capital allocation decisions, including CapEx prioritization and ROI tracking.
- Monitor cash flow drivers and working capital performance in coordination with Treasury and Operations
- Lead financial planning and analysis of workforce costs, headcount planning, and productivity metrics in partnership with the People & Culture management.
- Own planning assumptions, data governance, and forecast integrity, ensuring consistency of inputs, methodologies, and definitions across the organization.
- Manage, coach, and develop FP&A team members, building analytical capability, business acumen, and succession planning within the function.
- Support financial assessment of ESG initiatives and regulatory impacts (if relevant).
- Translate complex analysis into clear, compelling financial narratives for Board and executive audiences.
- Drive the development and implementation of advanced financial reporting and analysis tools and systems, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function.
- Lead the development of financial risk management strategies, identifying potential financial risks and developing mitigation plans.
RequirementsWhat you will bring to the roleEducation: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA preferred.
Experience: - 7+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting.
- Experience in the financial services or technology industry is a plus.
Technical Skills:- Expert proficiency in financial modeling techniques and best practices.
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, macros, and data analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting software.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
