Why this role?
We are embarking upon an exciting growth phase and as such we have an exciting opportunities for you to join our team in KONE Egypt, asInstallation Engineer to be based in Cairo or Canal or Upper Egypt.
This role manages the interface with all key stakeholders during the project. He/she plans, directs and coordinates the activities of designated projects to ensure that project objectives are accomplished within the agreed schedule and budget, using approved KONE methodologies and tools.

• Work with Installation team to ensure productivity gains and quality outcomes.

  
  

• Review project proposal or plan to determine time frame, procedures for accomplishing project and staffing requirements.

  
  

• Establish work plan for each phase of the project.

  
  

• Oversee the planning/organizing of delivery and storage of materials to the site.

  
  

• Manage communication with customers and subcontractors throughout the installation process.

  
  

• Direct and coordinate activities of project team to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget.

  
  

• Create and maintain safety awareness amongst employees and subcontractors in the project.

  
  

• Be an energizing leader who gets the best of others and strive to exceed customer expectations.

  
  

Are you the one?

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

  
  

• 1+ years of experience in the same role in the elevators industry

  
  

• Strong Project Management skills

  
  

• Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders

  
  

• Planning and Analytical skills

  
  

• Excellent Arabic & English language skills
