The selected candidate will join a mission-critical banking environment , operating at enterprise scale and within regulated frameworks.
Engagement Details Client: Leading bank (banking / fintech domain) Working hours: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week Engagement type: Contractor Compensation: Hourly rate, calculated and paid on a monthly basis Role Overview We are seeking a Senior or Lead DevOps Engineer to support and evolve the bank’s DevOps and platform capabilities.
The role requires strong hands-on expertise, ownership mindset, and prior experience working in banking or fintech environments .
Technical Environment Azure DevOps & CI/CD pipelines Kubernetes / OpenShift GitOps using ArgoCD Helm Monitoring & observability with Grafana and Prometheus Logging stack (EFK – Elasticsearch, Fluentd, Kibana) Requirements 5+ years of experience in DevOps Previous experience in banking or fintech environments (mandatory) Strong hands-on expertise with Kubernetes and OpenShift Proven experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines Practical experience with GitOps and ArgoCD Solid understanding of monitoring, observability, and logging in production systems Ability to work independently and take ownership in enterprise environments
