About this Role
We are seeking a skilled Cloud & DevOps Engineer to manage and enhance a cloud platform, leveraging strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Kubernetes, Terraform, Linux, Vault, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools. The role focuses on designing, automating, securing, and operating scalable infrastructure to support development and production environments, enabling teams to deliver reliable and efficient solutions.


What you’ll do
Manage, maintain, and optimise cloud infrastructure on GCPDesign, deploy, and support Kubernetes clusters and containerised applicationsBuild and enhance Infrastructure as Code using TerraformDevelop, maintain, and optimise CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deliveryAdminister and support Linux-based systems across cloud environmentsImplement secure secrets management and access controls using VaultBuild and improve monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutionsProvide operational support across development, staging, and production environmentsTroubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, networking, and platform issuesCollaborate with engineering, security, and operations teams to enhance automation, security, and reliabilityImplement cloud security best practices, IAM controls, backup strategies, and disaster recovery plansParticipate in incident response, root cause analysis, and service improvement initiativesMaintain documentation, operational runbooks, and platform standardsSupport knowledge sharing and promote DevOps and platform engineering practices


Who you are
3-6 years of Experience
Experienced in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with hands-on delivery experience
Proficient in managing Kubernetes platforms in production environments
Skilled in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practicesStrong background in Linux administration and troubleshooting
Familiar with Vault or similar secrets management platforms
Experienced in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelinesKnowledgeable in monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similarComfortable supporting both development and production environments
Strong understanding of networking, system reliability, and cloud security
Able to script and automate using Bash, Python, or similar
Capable of troubleshooting, incident handling, and problem resolution
Familiarity with GitOps tools, Helm, SRE practices, and access/policy management is advantageous
Relevant certifications in GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, or Vault are desirable
