Key responsibilities ● Collect and analyze business demands across departments ● Forecast future IT/business based on agreed Squads plans ● Act as a bridge between business units and IT/delivery teams ● Understand business priorities and translate them into actionable requirements ● Manage the intake process for new demand requests ● Assess feasibility, alignment with strategy, and resource availability ● Work with stakeholders to prioritize demands based on business value, urgency, and capacity ● Align demand with available IT or delivery resources ● Identify gaps and propose resourcing plans ● Ensure demands go through proper governance processes ● Track status, approvals, and communicate regularly with stakeholders 10+ years of hands-on experience in Business Demands Management ● Strong Demand Management in technical and business delivery ● Deep Business analysis skills ● Deep understanding of Agile principles and scrum framework ● Deep understanding of banking business and IT banking solutions ● Excellent communication and collaboration skills ● Understanding of banking business processes and compliance requirements ● Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines in a T24 context
