This role owns the Business Performance and Transformation agenda for the logistics function across the global Aramex network. The incumbent is accountable for driving measurable financial, operational, and asset efficiency outcomes through a structured portfolio of performance improvement and transformation initiatives.
· Provide functional leadership on end‑to‑end value stream optimization, recognizing downstream and upstream impacts of performance initiatives
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies in warehousing processes and develop innovative solutions to streamline operations.
· Conduct frequent Gemba and site engagements to diagnose performance gaps, validate data insights, and drive practical, sustainable solutions
· Establish and govern performance dashboards, KPIs, and benchmarks to enhance transparency and accountability across the logistics network
· Act as a strategic business partner to senior leaders across Operations, Finance, Commercial, Digital, and HR
· Influence prioritization, sequencing, and governance of transformation initiatives at regional and global forums
· Communicate performance insights, risks, and recommendations to senior management through structured reviews and executive‑level dashboards
· Provide functional and thought leadership, mentoring and coaching analysts, project teams, and cross‑functional squads involved in performance initiatives
· Drive capability building in data analytics, problem solving, and continuous improvement methodologies across the logistics organization
· Bachelor’s in industrial engineering degree is a must or engineering discipline, master’s would be a plus
· 8 – 10+ years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations, with demonstrated ownership of large‑scale, cross‑functional transformation initiatives
· Proven track record of delivering measurable financial and operational impact at an enterprise or regional level
· Strong exposure to end‑to‑end supply chain operations within complex, multi‑site environments
· Data analytics certification with real world use case experience
· Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified with multiple business impact projects is a must. Six sigma black belt certified is preferred
