·Foster and expand long-term client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and maintaining a robust network within the inland freight industry.
·Identify and pursue high-value business opportunities, leveraging advanced market insights and competitive intelligence to drive revenue growth.
·Lead negotiations for large-scale contracts and agreements, ensuring optimal outcomes for both clients and the company.
·Oversee the sales pipeline, set strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets, and guide junior team members to optimize performance.

·Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Transportation, or related fields (advanced degrees are a plus).
·3+ years of proven experience in business development or sales, particularly in inland freight, transportation, or logistics industries.
·Strong understanding of cross-product inland freight services and supply chain solutions.
·Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a history of closing large and complex deals.
·Demonstrated ability to manage and lead sales pipelines for high-value accounts.
·Must own a car and have a valid driver’s license.
