The Scrum Master is a servant-leader responsible for facilitating the Scrum framework within one or more development teams, enabling them to self-organize, collaborate, and deliver high-value products effectively within the FinTech domain.
This role focuses on removing impediments, protecting the team from distractions, and ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices.

Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of the Scrum framework and Agile principles.
Familiarity with Agile project management tools (e.
