Responsibilities: As a Compensation Consultant (HCM SF), you will be responsible for planning and leading the implementation of all activities for a specific business function to improve performance end to end. This includes ensuring alignment with business requirements through process analysis, design or redesign, and organization structure definition. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in SAP HCM Compensation Management is required. Advanced proficiency in Business Process Design is recommended. Additionally, advanced proficiency in Business Process Implementation is suggested.
Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment.
Develop and maintain project plans to track progress and deliverables.
Mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in business function implementation.
Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Foster a collaborative environment by encouraging open communication and feedback among team members.
