Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedSAP MM Procurement Senior Analystto join our team in Cairo, Egypt. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing procurement processes, including sourcing, contract management, and downstream execution, using SAP MM (Materials Management) solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of procurement workflows, SAP MM functionalities, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient and effective procurement solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage procurement processes, including sourcing, contract management, and downstream execution, within the SAP MM module.
• Configure and customize SAP MM functionalities to meet business requirements for procurement and materials management.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for sourcing and procurement processes.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance.
• Manage supplier relationships, including vendor evaluation, selection, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide support for contract lifecycle management, including drafting, negotiation, and execution of contracts.
• Monitor and manage downstream procurement activities, including purchase orders, goods receipt, and invoice verification.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP MM procurement processes.
• Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP MM functionalities.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP MM features, trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
