SAP Group Reporting (GR) Functional Senior Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilledSAP Group Reporting (GR) Functional Senior Analyst with deep expertise in the SAP FICO module to join our team. In this role, you will lead the implementation of SAP Group Reporting solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and driving end-to-end performance improvements for financial consolidation processes. As a subject matter expert, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor team members, and contribute to key decisions that impact both immediate and broader teams. This role requires advanced proficiency in SAP FICO, SAP Group Reporting, and business process design and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP Group Reporting Implementation:

• Plan and lead the implementation of SAP Group Reporting activities to meet business requirements.

  
  
  

• Design and configure consolidation structures, including company groups and consolidation units.

  
  
  

• Configure consolidation rules, intercompany eliminations, and currency translation logic.

  
  
  

• Define financial statement versions and ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP standards.

  
  
  

Business Process Analysis and Design:

• Conduct process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices.

  
  
  

• Redesign organizational structures and processes to enhance performance and efficiency.

  
  
  

• Align solutions with business requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

  
  
  

Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration:

• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders.

  
  
  

• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and engagement.

  
  
  

• Work closely with corporate finance teams to support month-end and year-end consolidation processes.
