Our SAP ABAP Associate Managers play a critical role in configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. This high-performing team operates independently, becoming subject matter experts while actively contributing to team discussions and delivering innovative solutions to address work-related challenges. Their expertise in SAP ABAP is essential for driving impactful results and aligning solutions with business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability.
• Leverage standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business requirements while maintaining compatibility and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement and test application configurations to ensure they meet business objectives and quality standards.
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain system integrity.
• Document processes and create user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve application performance.
