Seeking an experienced Salesforce Manager to lead end to end Salesforce delivery across enterprise and global clients.
The ideal candidate will combine deep Salesforce platform expertise, people leadership, and client facing consulting experience, ensuring high quality solution delivery while driving team performance, innovation, and business value.
Key Responsibilities Salesforce Delivery & Solution Leadership Lead end to end Salesforce implementations including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, customization, testing, and deployment.
Own the technical and functional solution architecture across Salesforce clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud.
Ensure solutions align with Salesforce best practices, scalability, security, and enterprise standards.
Client & Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for clients on Salesforce engagements.
Translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Manage senior stakeholders, conduct solution workshops, and present proposals, roadmaps, and delivery updates.
Team Leadership & People Management Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Salesforce Consultants, Developers, and Analysts.
Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and skills development planning.
Foster a high performance, collaborative, and inclusive team culture.
Project & Delivery Management Manage delivery scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, and offshore/onshore teams to ensure on time and high quality delivery.
Proactively identify delivery risks and define mitigation strategies.
Practice Development & Pre Sales Contribute to pre sales activities, including solution design, effort estimation, and proposal development.
Support internal initiatives, accelerators, and reusable assets within the Salesforce practice.
Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and emerging industry trends Required Skills & Qualifications Technical & Platform Expertise 6+ years of hands on experience with Salesforce, including: Salesforce configuration & customization Data modeling, workflows, validation rules, automation Integrations using REST/SOAP APIs (preferred) Strong understanding of one or more Salesforce Clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or CPQ
