We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of complex solutions within our Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate is not just a coder but a problem-solver who understands the balance between "clicks and code." You will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance applications that drive our business forward.

You will be operating on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud mainly and potentially on Salesforce related solution handled by the team

Core missions :

• Technical Architecture & Design: Design and implement robust technical solutions using the Salesforce Lightning Platform, ensuring they align with industry best practices and long-term scalability.

  
  
  

• End-to-End Development: Lead the full development lifecycle, from requirement gathering and technical documentation to coding, testing, and deployment.

  
  
  

• System Optimization: Audit existing Salesforce implementations to identify technical debt, and opportunities for performance tuning.

  
  
  

• Innovation: Stay at the forefront of Salesforce releases (Three times a year) to recommend new features or tools that can improve our internal processes.

  
  
  

• Produce a weekly report for refreshing progress to CRM Manager 

  
  
  

• Warranty the good usage of Salesforce Standard Process

  
  
  

• Manage Salesforce periodic operations (example : Data backup, Data cleaning, Global operational maintenance.

  
  
  

• Custom Development: Develop high-quality, maintainable code using Apex Classes, Triggers, Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.

  
  
  

• Integration Management: Build and maintain secure integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.

  
  
  

• Declarative Excellence: Utilize advanced Flow Builder logic to minimize custom code where native functionality suffices.

  
  
  

• Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct rigorous code reviews with the Technical Lead to ensure quality standards

  
  
  

• Environment Management: Manage the CI/CD pipeline and deployment processes (using tools like SFDX, Copado, or Gearset) across various sandboxes.

  
  
  

• Provides training to the users to help them using the CRM tool in a continuous improvement mindset

  
  
  

• Give insights and proposals for evolution of the application based on new features proposed by the editor or by users experience/feedbacks

  
  
  

Requirements:

•  Bachelor degree and/or Master degree in computer science or engineering.

  
  
  

• Salesforce Administration Certification (Min ADM201 - Ideally ADX201)

  
  
  

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Salesforce Development.

  
  
  

• Technical Skills: Mastery of Apex, LWC, SOQL,...

  
  
  

• Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I & II are highly preferred.

  
  
  

Languages

Proven skills in English, French is a plus
