| Job Purpose
| The Sales Manager is responsible for planning, leading, and executing sales strategies for academic programs, professional certificates, and online learning offerings. The role aims to increase student enrollment, drive revenue growth, and build strategic partnerships , while ensuring full compliance with university policies, academic standards, and quality assurance requirements.
| Key Duties and Responsibilities
| 1. Sales Strategy and Planning
• Develop and implement annual sales plans aligned with strategic objectives
. • Set measurable sales targets related to enrollment numbers, revenue, and market expansion.
• Analyze the higher education and online learning market to identify growth opportunities.
2. Sales Operations Management
• Oversee the promotion and sale of academic programs, diplomas, professional certificates, and e-learning programs.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to student enrollment.
• Optimize direct and digital sales channels (B2C and B2B).
3. Team Leadership and Performance Management
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
. • Establish clear KPIs and monitor team performance on a regular basis.
• Provide ongoing coaching, training, and professional development for sales staff.
4. Partnerships and Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with corporate partners, educational institutions, and training centers
. • Represent the University at education fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Ensure a high-quality experience for prospective students and institutional partners.
5. Internal Coordination and Compliance
• Coordinate closely with Admissions, Marketing, Academic Affairs, and Finance departments.
• Ensure accuracy and transparency of information provided to prospective students.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and accreditation standards.
6. Reporting and Continuous Improvement
• Prepare periodic sales performance reports, including enrollment statistics and revenue analysis.
• Analyze results and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
• Present reports to senior management in line with approved reporting frameworks.

Propose sales strategies, plans, and improvement initiatives.
Assign tasks and approve daily sales activities within the team.
Recommend incentive schemes, bonuses, and performance-based rewards in accordance with University policy. Represent the University within the limits of delegated authority.
