Nasoft is currently seeking a Sales Executive SMB to join our client’s team.
This role plays a key part in driving sales, engaging with small and medium businesses, and achieving revenue targets.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for outreach, lead conversion, and maintaining strong customer relationships to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities: • Handle outbound and inbound sales activities for SMB clients through tele-sales.
• Follow up on leads generated by marketing and qualify them effectively.
• Conduct cold and warm calls to identify prospects’ needs and match them with suitable solutions.
• Deliver product presentations and demos to guide clients toward conversion.
• Achieve monthly sales targets, daily call quotas, and pipeline KPIs.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities on CRM systems.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Marketing teams for smooth handovers.
• Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Learning & Development programs (L&D) • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or any relevant field.

• Saudi/Gulf dialect is mandatory.
• SaaS or GCC market experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• CRM literacy and ability to manage structured sales pipelines.
• High energy, persistence, and target-driven mindset.
Working Conditions Total working hours: 9 hours per day — 8 working hours + 1-hour break.
Shift times may vary based on business needs (rotational shifts).
Two days off per week (rotational schedule).
Work mode: Office-based Location: Sheikh Zayed Performance evaluation: based on sales targets, call quality, and attendance.
