2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or outbound B2B sales.
Must have previous experience within sustainable engineering, renewable energy, ESG, environmental consulting, sustainability, clean tech, utilities, or adjacent industries.
Strong understanding of sustainability-related business challenges and ESG initiatives.
Proven outbound prospecting and cold outreach experience.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
Strong research, organisation, and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Reliable internet connection and professional remote setup.
Preferred Qualifications Experience targeting enterprise or commercial clients.
Familiarity with carbon reduction strategies, energy efficiency, sustainability reporting, or ESG frameworks.
Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Outreach, or similar prospecting tools.
