Schedule discovery meetings and product demos for Account Executives.
Maintain accurate records of activities, pipelines, and lead statuses within CRM platforms.

Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
Build strong relationships with prospective clients and maintain professional communication throughout the sales cycle.

2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
Experience selling into engineering, manufacturing, chemical, industrial, or technical industries is highly preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
Ability to understand technical products and communicate value propositions clearly.
Proven experience with outbound prospecting and cold outreach.
Highly organized with strong time management skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or related technical fields is a strong advantage but not required.
