About the job Safety Manager (FMCG)

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Safety Manager to lead and oversee all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) initiatives. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations, minimizing workplace risks, and promoting a strong safety culture across the organization.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs in line with local and international standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation and regulations.

  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 45001).
  • Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are highly preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
  • Experience in high-risk or industrial environments is a plus.
