What you´ll do
  • Guide mechanics and electricians to improve maintenance and build their skills.
  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance using PM DMSs and execute regular checks.
  • Maintain equipment availability and manage spare parts and M&R costs.
  • Lead breakdown elimination, solve chronic losses, and coach maintenance leaders.
  • Own SAP MMA and PM DMS implementation, review schedules, and ensure operational alignment.


What makes you a good fit
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in reliability and maintenance or relevant fields.
  • Electrical, Electromechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering degree; CRMP/PMP is a plus.
  • Reliability methodologies (FMEA, RCA, RCM), data analysis (SPC, Six Sigma DMAIC), equipment knowledge (electromechanical systems, rotating equipment, schematics), maintenance planning (predictive/preventive maintenance, CMMS), and troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Vision setting, coaching, motivating the team, and leading by example.
  • Clear technical communication to non-technical stakeholders, cross-departmental liaison, and effective reporting.
  • Problem-solving, maintenance strategy development, budgeting, prioritization, scheduling, and resource management.
