JOB TITLE
Record To Report (RTR) - Tower Lead | MAF Global Solutions | Finance
ROLE SUMMARY
The RTR Tower Lead is responsible for leading and overseeing the end-to-end Record-to-Report (RTR) supporting functions across multiple countries and business units within MAF Global Solutions. The role ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance with IFRS and statutory requirements, achievement of service delivery KPIs and SLAs, and effective execution of month-end and year-end close activities.
ROLE PROFILE
  • Lead and manage RTR supporting functions across multiple countries, ensuring service delivery, SLA adherence, and operational excellence.
  • Oversee accounting operations, reconciliations, statutory reporting, financial controls, and month/quarter/year-end closing activities.
  • Monitor KPIs, productivity, and team performance, while identifying risks, resolving escalations, and ensuring achievement of operational targets.
  • Drive process transformation initiatives through automation, standardization, and continuous improvement within RTR operations.
  • Provide technical accounting and IFRS guidance to stakeholders and support statutory and tax audit requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, finance controllers, and country teams to maintain high service quality and effective collaboration.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the RTR team through performance management, workload balancing, training, career development, and continuous feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, company policies, and internal control requirements across all supported entities.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Strong expertise in RTR processes, including Payroll Accounting (PA), Fixed Assets (FA), and Payroll support functions.
  • 10+ years of professional finance experience, with minimum 7 years in Record-to-Report (RTR).
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, statutory reporting, tax compliance, and financial controls.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; professional certifications preferred (CPA, ACCA, CMA, IFRS, MBA Finance).
  • Experience driving process improvement, automation, and standardization initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, workload management, and problem-solving skills.
