Job description

To ensure the quality of raw materials and final products by verifying that all production processes comply with technical and health standards through proper chemical and physical testing.

  • Conduct chemical and physical tests on raw materials and products throughout various stages of production.
  • Ensure products meet local and international quality standards.
  • Prepare inspection and analysis reports and accurately document test results.
  • Follow quality procedures and ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
  • Investigate product defects or deviations and propose corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to improve product quality and reduce waste.
  • Monitor the storage of chemicals and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Adhere to occupational health and safety procedures in the lab or production facility.


Skills

Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering

have experience in Cement, Paper, or Plastic Manufacturing

  • Solid knowledge of chemical testing and analysis methods.
  • Proficiency in using analytical instruments (e.g., HPLC, GC, Spectrophotometer).
  • Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and drawings.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good reporting skills and ability to work within a team.
  • Proficiency in computer programs, especially Microsoft Office.
