Job Summary Rosalte is seeking an experienced and proactive Quality Assurance Section Head to lead and enhance our food safety and quality systems across production operations.
The role will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with international standards, maintaining product excellence, and driving continuous improvement within our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities • Lead and oversee all quality assurance and food safety activities across production lines.
• Ensure compliance with BRCGS, FSSC 22000, HACCP, ISO 22000, and GMP standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HACCP plans and food safety procedures.
• Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Plan and lead internal, external, and certification audits.
• Handle customer complaints, perform root cause analysis, and implement CAPA.
• Establish and manage supplier qualification and audit processes.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and food safety laws.
• Collaborate with production, operations, and management teams to improve product quality and efficiency.
• Track, analyze, and report quality KPIs and performance metrics.
• Lead and develop the QA team, ensuring high performance and continuous growth.
• Implement and utilize ERP systems (e.
g., Odoo) for quality management and reporting.

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the food industry.
• Proven experience in leading QA teams and managing multiple production lines.
• Strong expertise in: • BRCGS (Issue 8 & 9) • FSSC 22000 (V6) • HACCP • ISO 22000 • Experience in audit management and certification processes.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (local & international).
• Excellent skills in problem-solving, root cause analysis, and risk assessment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications • Certifications in: • FSSC 22000 • HACCP • BRCGS Internal Auditor • ISO 22000 • GMP & PRPs • Experience with supplier audits and export compliance.
