• Manage and oversee daily operations for managed services across AWS, Azure, and VMware stack
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of cloud environments
• Lead incident, problem, and change management processes
• Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and provide optimal cloud solutions
• Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives
• Support architecture alignment with best practices

• Parodic meeting with our external customers to discuss their environment status.
• Working based on ITIL standard for incident management, problem management and change management.

🔹 Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience in AWS and Microsoft Azure
• Solid knowledge of VMware full stack (vSphere, NSX, vSAN, vCloud Director)
• Experience in managed services operations and service delivery
• Good understanding of cloud security, networking, and governance.
• Leadership and team coordination experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good experience on Devops platform and Infrastructure as code.

🔹 Nice to Have:

• Relevant certifications (AWS, Azure, VMware)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in similar experience
