Project Manager | HV & EHV Substations | Saudi Arabia

As a Project Manager– HV & EHV Substation Projects, you will be responsible for Lead end-to-end execution of EHV/HV substation projects, managing planning, resources, site operations, stakeholders, and ensuring delivery within scope, time, budget, and HSE standards.

• Lead end-to-end execution of EHV & HV substation construction projects
• Manage project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
• Oversee site activities, contractors, and engineering teams
• Monitor project progress and resolve technical and operational issues
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with safety (HSE), quality, and regulatory standards
• Prepare and present project reports, updates, and risk assessments
• Manage project documentation and approvals
• Drive performance, productivity, and continuous improvement across projects

• 10–15 years of experience in EHV & HV substation projects (construction & execution)
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in large-scale infrastructure or energy projects
• Experience in the Saudi market is preferred
• PMP or PMI certification is preferred
• Strong knowledge of project planning tools (Primavera P6, MS Project)
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of HSE and quality standards
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
