Role Overview

We are looking for a delivery-focused Project Manager to own end-to-end execution of web and app development projects, including ongoing support and maintenance engagements.


This role requires someone who can operate effectively in evolving environments where structure exists but needs strengthening. The ideal candidate takes accountability for delivery outcomes, drives momentum across teams, and ensures projects move forward proactively rather than reactively.


While overall client ownership remains at senior level, this PM will lead client calls, manage reporting, coordinate UAT, and serve as the primary driver of day-to-day delivery execution.


Key ResponsibilitiesProject Ownership & Delivery
  • Own end-to-end delivery of web/app development projects
  • Manage sprint planning, execution, and closure with Dev & QA teams
  • Drive timely sprint completion and minimize spillover
  • Ensure clarity on scope, deliverables, and acceptance criteria
  • Maintain delivery momentum across parallel workstreams
Risk & Issue Management
  • Proactively identify risks and potential blockers
  • Escalate early with mitigation plans
  • Investigate root causes of delays and drive resolution
  • Track and manage cross-team dependencies
Client-Facing Responsibilities
  • Lead client status calls and delivery discussions
  • Present structured progress updates and reports
  • Own UAT coordination, including entry/exit alignment and closure
  • Manage support ticket tracking and prioritization
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with enterprise clients
Technical Collaboration
  • Work closely with developers and QA teams to ensure realistic planning and execution
  • Understand technical discussions sufficiently to challenge timelines and clarify dependencies
  • Translate technical progress into clear client-facing communication
