The ideal profile
  • Bachelor's Degree in, Accounting/ Finance or related fields is preferred.
  • 7 to 10 years of experience, including 5+ years with construction.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and standards
  • Proficiency in use of MS Office and accounting software.
  • Excellent command of English {Reading- Writing and Speaking).

And responsible for the following:
  • Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis,
  • Prepare and present financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash-flow statements.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate financial information to stakeholders, including investors, management, and external auditors.
  • Manage cash-flow and liquidity to meet operational needs and financial obligations. Monitor banking activities and oversee cash management processes.
  • Identify and assess financial risks,
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies and internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
  • Coordinate financial audits and provide support to auditors.
  • Manage and mentor a team of financial.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to develop employees' skills and competencies.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement within the finance department.
